Quick answer
Dimraeth supports online co-op for up to 8 players with seamless drop-in/drop-out play, and solo play is also supported. Hero level, equipment, inventory, spells and personal progression travel between worlds; story progress, recruited allies and buildings stay in each world.

Before you group
- Confirm that character level, equipment, inventory and spells are saved.
- Organize inventory so useless materials do not fill your cross-world loadout.
- Review whether your build suits co-op; skill trees, attributes, gear and spellbooks affect your role.
- Prepare food, potions and thrown supplies.
- Agree with teammates whose world you will enter, because story progress, allies and buildings do not sync from yours.
The material does not provide party-interface button names or invitation steps; exact operation is to be confirmed.
How progress carries
Hero-level progress follows the player across worlds: level, equipment, inventory, spells and personal progression are all listed. This lets the same hero retain its core growth in different worlds.
World-level content does not automatically travel. Story progress, recruited allies and buildings belong to their worlds. A facility built in your world or story you advanced there will not appear on a friend's map because you joined.
Shared exploration
Open-world map crystals, waypoints, campfires and public events still apply. Crystals reveal the map, waypoints provide fast travel, and campfires support rest, training and potion refills. Monsters respawn after rest, so a party should confirm supplies and positioning first.
Public events support solo and co-op play. Some have multiple stages and can include bosses or elites. Event difficulty scaling, reward distribution and refresh rules are to be confirmed.
Party planning
Race and class provide skill trees and create an archetype tree, but the material gives no official tank, healer or damage roles. Do not automatically copy role frameworks from other games.
Ask each player to inspect their skill trees, attributes, equipment effects and spellbooks, then discuss melee, ranged, spell, control or support coverage. Buff stacking, party XP distribution and friendly-spell effects are not confirmed.
FAQ
What is the co-op maximum? Up to 8 players. The material does not say whether a room can lower that limit or adjust co-op rules.
Do buildings carry to a friend's world? No. Buildings stay in their world, like story progress and recruited allies.
Is crossplay supported? Only Steam/Windows PC is confirmed. Other releases and crossplay functionality are unconfirmed, so crossplay remains to be confirmed.
